The Challenge
MyFav School, a creative online art school for kids, needed a digital platform that could simplify its subscription process, promote its virtual art classes, and deliver downloadable creative resources—all while engaging both children and their parents. The challenge was to build a seamless user journey that minimized friction from interest to enrollment, catered to multiple payment preferences, and encouraged ongoing participation through free content and a simplified scheduling system. The site had to be visually engaging for a younger audience yet intuitive and professional for the adults making the purchasing decisions.

The Client
MyFav School is an innovative online learning platform that teaches kids between ages 5 to 15 how to draw, color, and express themselves through art. With a strong emphasis on creativity, convenience, and accessibility, the school offers flexible class schedules, tiered payment plans, and engaging course materials tailored to young learners. Their mission is to nurture artistic potential and make high-quality art education accessible from anywhere in the world.

The Approach
The project began by identifying user friction in traditional checkout and booking flows for kids’ online programs. A more intuitive, lightweight flow was planned—one that integrated Stripe for secure payments and a timezone-friendly scheduling tool. The goal was to streamline the user experience while keeping the platform welcoming, bright, and brand-aligned.

We designed a modular WordPress site using Elementor, paired with Stripe-hosted checkout pages for each subscription type (weekly to annual). IPinfo and a currency conversion API were implemented to auto-detect user location and display real-time, localized pricing. After checkout, users are redirected to a booking page powered by Simply Schedule Appointments, allowing them to select class times in their own time zones—without manually selecting one. This shift eliminated unnecessary clicks and improved enrollment speed.

Mobile-First Responsive Design: Built for both parents and kids on the go, the site is fast, responsive, and optimized for all device types.

Terms, Refunds & Autonomy: Clear terms of service and an auto-managed subscription portal give parents control over their enrollment and payment plans.

The Results
The new website offers a simplified, conversion-focused experience that has successfully lowered entry barriers for parents, while maintaining the fun and creativity that kids expect. By eliminating unnecessary form fields and redirect loops, MyFav School now delivers a streamlined sign-up and booking flow, improved global accessibility, and better lead generation through creative freebies.
