The brand has carried out ads but couldn’t get what it wants, and the brand wants to reach a larger audience and wants to start getting more content interactions and, lastly, more engagement.

Account Audit: We conducted extensive research to understand their target audience’s specific interests, pain points, and online behavior.

Page Optimization: We optimized the page by adding the necessary search terms to make the account visible and conducting proper hashtag research.

Content Strategy Revamp: We created a content pillar focusing on promoting the face behind the brand to enhance trust; we started a trivia quiz that will prompt their audience to comment; and we created some entertainment posts to keep their audience entertained at the end.

Community Building: We implemented strategies to build relationships with the audience by replying to DMs and comments.

Organic follower growth: Within 30 days, the brand saw a +9.8% rise in followers on Instagram.

Engagement: The account got a rise in the number of engagements, which was seen from the insight, showing an increase of +623% from followers and +10,350% from non-followers
